Holy moly, it’s Wednesday already! I hope you all enjoyed your long weekend. Before I get to my weigh in results, here are a few things that have been going on.
- I had my regular Monday workout with my trainer even though it was Labor Day. We’ve been putting off checking my body fat because… well because I had my head up my butt when it came to my diet. So, I told him to go ahead and check it so I have a number and we’ll check it again in 30 days. In 2.5 months my body fat is down 6%!! I was very happy with that and I think my trainer is still a little surprised. :) Looking forward to seeing what the next 30 days brings.
- My friends Kim, Teri and I have decided to do a 90 Day No Sugar Challenge. Yep – 90 days. Today is Day 3 and so far so good. Wish us luck!
- On Monday evening, Kim and I met up for a walk. Not even a quarter mile into it, we saw lightning and it started to rain. Instead of skipping it all together, we decided to hit up the gym. Since I hurt my ankle, all of my cardio has taken place on the bike, so I wanted to give the elliptical a try. I was able to do 30 minutes with no pain!!

Down 4 lbs!
I’m sure some of this is water from getting rid of the junk and eating mostly real food again but I’m already feeling great!
