Good Morning! Just a quick post to share my eats and workout for yesterday.
Omelet with leftover taco meat, avocado and a mix of strawberries and avocado.
Leftover pork roast and sauerkraut.
Steak, half a sweet potato and creamed spinach using coconut milk.
C25K – Week 3 Day 3
We headed out a little before 6:00pm and it was hot!
We did our usual route and even remembered to put bug spray on this time. This seemed a little harder for me that than the last couple of days, most likely because of the heat. We typically have a nice breeze in the evening but yesterday the air was still.
