Happy Hump Day and Happy National Running Day! Here is the 2013 Running Day badge I created.
I’m not breaking records or anything but I started the Couch to 5k program again to prove to myself that I can do it. So far so good. Dane told me he thought he would hate but it he’s actually enjoying it. The fact that he’s doing it with me has motivated me more than once to get off my butt and out the door.

I went out to lunch with a friend of mine and had a grilled chicken salad without cheese. Oil and vinegar dressing.
Crockpot pork roast and sauerkraut.
Dane and I also split a Cashew Cookie Larabar after dinner. Breaking the rules? Probably but oh well.
We had plans to do Week 3 Day 2 when I got home from work but the weather didn’t cooperate. Most of the day looked like this.
And it was raining when I got home. Our plan is to do Day 2 tonight and Day 3 tomorrow.
Dane sent me this picture yesterday morning when he attempted to get on the treadmill. Wrigley had other plans.
