Good Morning! It actually feels good to be posting these Whole30 updates again. Day 2 was another successful day.
Dane and I split a spinach and mushroom omelet and I had a leftover salmon cake and a mix of strawberries and pineapple.
We went to Outback for lunch with Dane’s grandma. I ordered the lunch portion of this salad with salmon and oil and vinegar as the dressing. It was good but it definitely didn’t fill me up. After lunch, we stopped at the grocery store and I wanted something sweet pretty bad. I felt like I saw Oreo’s 5 times and that was all I wanted. I ended up resisting and didn’t get anything but the things on his grandma’s list.
Late in the afternoon, I decided to make soup with some cauliflower we needed to use up. I found this recipe for Golden Cauliflower Soup and it turned out great!
We added some scallops and scallions and called it dinner. We both loved it!
Before dinner we headed out for Week 3 Day 1 of Couch to 5k.

I love this app but the stats are all over the place. We definitely didn’t average a 7:15 pace although I wish!!
It’s amazing how much more in control I feel after only 2 days. Looking forward to an awesome month!
