Happy Friday Eve! I don’t know about you, but I’m so ready for this long weekend.
Dane and I headed out for Week 1 Day 2 of Couch to 5k when I got home from work yesterday. This time the sun was shining and it felt hot! Although I was still breathing hard it felt better than Monday. My calves are sore probably because it’s been so long since I’ve run. We’re also running on the sidewalk which is less than ideal but we don’t have any trails or paths near us that aren’t paved. Our plan is to try running at a local park some time this weekend.

After we showered, Dane made an a simple yet delicious dinner. Burgers on the grill with mushrooms and broccoli.
This meal hit the spot and made me excited to start our 2nd Whole30 next week. I’ve been off track as far as my eating goes and don’t have that great feeling I was experiencing during and after our first Whole30.
