I REALLY wanted to skip my weigh in this morning. The main reason being because TOM showed up yesterday and that’s never a good thing for the scale.
My weight last week – 169.2
My weight this week – 170.2
Weight loss this week – +1.0 lbs
Total weight loss ( since starting Whole30) – 13.2
I figured that was going to be the case. I’m not going to get upset about it or make excuses. It is what it is and another week starts today.
Another thing that may have contributed is lunch yesterday. I know I took a picture but I can’t find it anywhere. Because I hadn’t been out to lunch in so long, I decided to tag along with some of my coworker’s. We went to a Mexican restaurant, which happens to be one of my favorites.
For lunch I ordered the beef fajitas with no tortillas. I don’t know if it was the oil that they cooked the onions and peppers in or what, but my stomach hurt me for the rest of the day. Even at 9:00pm, it was still grumbling. It feels better this morning but I learned my lesson!
Since I wasn’t feeling well, I didn’t even have dinner but here is a picture of my breakfast.
Eggs scrambled with leftover prime rib from Easter, sweet potato and fruit.
So, after a few days of less than stellar eating, I’m ready to get back to eating like I was on Whole30.
Goals for the next week
- Drink 100 oz. of water daily. (I’ve been slacking on this)
- At least 30 minutes of activity every day.
- Participate in Kick Ass April. (Details here) **Yes, it’s last years calendar
