I weighed in for the first time since we finished Whole30.
My weight last week – 171.8
My weight this week – 169.2
Weight loss this week – 2.6 lbs
Total weight loss (since starting Whole30) – 14.2 lbs
I did get up and get to the gym.
I woke up at 4:15am without a problem. That’s one thing I’ve noticed since we did Whole30. I wake up without feeling foggy and tired in the morning.
I got dressed and of course took a picture.
I had half of this Larabar before leaving the house.
I arrived at the gym at 5:00am on the nose. It was a chilly morning!
This has been the craziest March. It’s usually much warmer in Florida at this time. I know some of you are dealing with snow and much colder temps, so I shouldn’t complain.
I ended up doing a combination of walking and running on the treadmill for 45 minutes. Workout done before work!
Leftover pork tenderloin and “spaghetti.”
We didn’t get home until after 8pm and this chicken “stew” was waiting for us in the crock pot.
