Eating out has always been one of my favorite things to do. Even on days that I’ve brought my lunch to work with me, it isn’t hard to convince me to go out. This has ended up biting me in the butt on more than one occasion since I’ve been trying to lose weight.
I ate out on more than once last week, so, that combined with TOM led to another gain on Saturday morning. The second one in 2 weeks!!
This week I have committed to losing 2 lbs. No real reason for picking that number, I’m just sick of screwing around. I think 2 lbs is absolutely achievable after gaining. My goal is to not eat out at all between Monday and Friday. This is only Tuesday afternoon but so far so good. I tracked everything I ate yesterday, earned 5 AP’s (activity points) and ignored the giant plate of chocolate that was sitting near my desk all day.
I’m tired of sabotaging my efforts and getting in the way of what I want to accomplish. SO..I’m putting it out there for all of you to see.
