I’ve been seeing pictures being posted of the new Chobani Bite on Instagram lately. Particularly the Coffee with Chocolate Chunks flavor. Coffee and chocolate? Yes, please! I stopped at Target on the way home from work the other day and finally found some.
I’ve heard people complain that it’s too small but I think it’s the perfect snack size and totally worth 2PP. I loved the flavor but if you’re not a fan of coffee this probably isn’t for you. Next on my list to try is the Raspberry with Dark Chocolate Chunks. By the way, the regular Chobani was on sale at Target for $1!
Some other eats from yesterday-
Corn Chex with unsweetened vanilla almond milk and banana.
Lunch was leftover Slow Cooker Chili Steak and Black Bean Tacos.
Afternoon snack was grapes and a Weight Watchers string cheese.
I asked Dane for buffalo chicken strips for dinner and I suggested a recipe that I found for Super Crispy Onion Rings.
This might be one of the most unphotogenic meals I’ve ever posted – not that I claim to have any photography skills.
The onion rings came out crispy just like the recipe said. I really liked them! I mixed some Bolthouse Farms ranch with a little bit of Sriracha for a dip.
To make the chicken strips, you just dip the chicken in your favorite buffalo sauce, dip in panko or bread crumbs and bake in the oven. I think it’s a good way to curb that greasy bar food craving.
Teagan was supervising from the top of the fridge.
As you can see, there’s not even much room up there. The cabinets come out pretty far but I’ve been catching him up there more and more lately. I don’t think Wrigley can fit up there. :)
This is more how he thinks.
Have a great Friday!
