Today I participated in my first Color Run! I met up with Kim and Teri at 6:30am and we headed to Orlando. We arrived in plenty of time and couldn’t believe just how many people were there. It was amazing. We didn’t pick our packets up ahead of time, so we had to check in when we got there. Surprisingly, that didn’t take long at all.
Included in our packets was a packet of powder paint that we were supposed to hang on to until the end of the race.

It took a really long time to get to the start line. It seemed like there was people as far as you could see.
I had my phone in a baggie during the race but here are a few pics of right after.
When the race was over, we were starving. When we got to the car, we tried to shake as much of the color off us as we could. We decided to go to Sweet Tomatoes for lunch. It was my first time there and I loved it. I wish we had one closer to home.
When I got home, I couldn’t wait to shower. Even after scrubbing, I still have green toes and I can’t get it out of my nails. :)

Looks like soooo much fun! I’ve never done a Color Run before. Was it a 5k ?
