Good Morning and Happy Hump Day! As I mentioned yesterday, I decided I’m going to start posting my food on the blog again in hopes that it will encourage me to make better choices. We never went grocery shopping over the weekend, so we didn’t have a whole lot of food in the house.
I didn’t have cereal for the longest time but we bought some recently and I’m officially hooked. Breakfast was a 1/4 cup of Corn Chex and a 1/4 cup of Shredded Wheat, unsweetened vanilla almond milk and banana. 3PP
The banana adds the perfect amount of sweetness without having to add sugar.
A little later in the morning I had a Weight Watchers Natural String Cheese for 1PP.
Lunch was leftover Mushroom Stroganoff. 7PP
My afternoon snack was Peach Chobani. Love this stuff. 3PP
I was supposed to meet up with Kim after work for W4D1 but it was raining. We decided we would meet up today after work instead, so Dane and I went to Lulu’s for dinner. We asked Kim to join us but
she’s too good for us she had a big lunch and wasn’t ready for dinner yet.
Most of the time I say I’m going to try something new but I end up ordering my favorite salad.
I didn’t even look at anything else this time. I knew I wanted the Caribbean Salmon Salad. It never disappoints.
To be honest, I’m not even sure how many points it is, but it’s SO good.
We went to Publix after dinner and of course it stopped raining but it looked like it was going to start again any minute.
Yesterday was also Wrigley’s 2nd Birthday. We adopted him back in May from the Halifax Humane Society and he’s been a fun edition to the family. He was being camera shy last night.
I’m pretty sure Teagan approves of him, too.
