Sunday morning we went to Wal-Mart, where I came across this must have loofah. :)
On Sunday night, I cooked dinner. That’s right me – not Dane. I made Skinny Baked Broccoli Macaroni and Cheese. You can find the recipe here. 8PP for one serving.
I wanted to snack on something while watching football, so I made some roasted chickpeas. You can find the recipe here.
For awhile, I was only eating plain yogurt – sometimes a vanilla would get thrown in there. Recently, we decided to stock up on Chobani flavored yogurt when it was on sale at Publix. I love it and Dane does, too. My favorite is a toss up between Peach and Pineapple.
Yesterday after work, I met up with my sister and niece to walk the bridge. It was extremely windy! I tried to get Sam to look at the camera, but apparently it was more amusing to look at me. :)
I asked Dane if he would make Quinoa Stuffed Peppers for dinner. He followed this recipe and they were delicious! I had one for lunch today, too. 5PP for 1/2 stuffed pepper.
The sky was pretty this morning. It kind of looked like there were pink mountains in the distance. You didn’t know there were pink mountains in Florida?
I had one of these this morning to satisfy a chocolate craving. Totally worth the 2PP!
