Good Morning and Happy
Monday Tuesday! Hopefully you had a great 3 day weekend. Yesterday afternoon, Dane and I went to lunch with his Grandma. I wore a sundress that I bought on the cruise.
We decided to go to my favorite place, Lulu’s. I had the same thing I always get – the Caribbean Salmon Salad.
It’s SO good. Definitely my favorite salad.
After lunch, we went to Ross so I could look for a new purse. I ended up getting this one.
When we came home, I got the itch to bake something.
For me, I made some Banana Zucchini Chia Seed Muffins.
And I made some cookies for Dane. You can find the recipe here.
I planned on going to the gym for Group Power class but I found out that they were opened limited hours because of the holiday. Fail. I’ve decided to start Couch to 5k – AGAIN. This is the 3rd or 4th time I’m attempting this and I’m determined to complete it once and for all. I discovered that Active.com finally came out with an app, so I downloaded it to my EVO. The racing season is about to start again in Florida and I’d really like to be able to do a couple of 5k’s this fall. I will be reporting my progress here, so I need you to keep me accountable. Week 1 Day 2 is happening today.
I also planned out our dinner’s for the next few nights.
Tuesday – Quinoa Vegetable Pilaf – along with a chicken breast for Dane.
Wednesday – Salads w/pan seared tilapia
Thursday – Stuffed sweet potatoes
Friday – Eat out
