Back to the gym and a new weight loss challenge

I went to the gym today for the first time since before the cruise.  For the last few days I’ve still had that rocking back and forth feeling.  I still felt it a little this afternoon but I wanted to make it to Group Power class.

I was so happy I went.  Unfortunately, I was told that today would be the last Wednesday class due to lack of participation, so the only classes that I’ll be able to make will be Saturday morning and Monday evening.  Today’s class left my arms shaking and my abs burning.

My stomach is still in cruise mode.  It’s hard to resist all of that good food!!  Time to shrink my tummy back down, so I’m not constantly hungry.

Speaking of getting back on track – we’re starting another DietBet weight loss challenge!  It starts on September 6 and it’s $20 to join.  The goal is to lose 4% of your weight in 28 days and everyone that hits their goal shares the pot.  You can join here.
