This morning, I had the final weigh in for my weight loss challenge. I was a little bit nervous because even though I lost quite a bit of weight at first, I’ve been cutting it close lately. I started the challenge weighing in at 176.2 and in order to hit my 4% goal, I needed to weigh in at 169.2. When I woke up, I remembered that I needed to weigh in with clothes on! (I had been weighing naked every morning) I wore the same tank top and shorts that I wore for the initial weigh in and the scale said…

I did it!!!!! Initially, I was hoping to lose more than I did but I’m proud of myself for setting a goal and following through. Losing 7.6 lbs in 28 days is a great accomplishment for me.
Everyone has 48 hours to submit their weigh out pictures, so I’m still not sure how many official winners we have. I’m definitely going to start another challenge after my cruise if anyone is interested. :) I’ll be posting the link here.
I went to Group Power after work today and it was AWESOME! We did a few new tracks (new to me) that were quite a bit more challenging. Especially the triceps track – my arms were shaking the entire time and they’re still feeling like Jello.
Dinner was a Triple Bean Veggie Burger, zucchini, mushrooms, onions and sweet potato with a little bit of cinnamon and maple syrup. Yum!!
